HLAW project

People all over the world are living longer than ever before. Many seniors live active and healthy lives. But there's no getting around one thing: as we age, our bodies and minds change. Healthy aging means living a long, productive, meaningful life and enjoying a high quality of life. Research has shown that older adults who adopt healthy behaviors, use preventive health services, and are involved with their family, friends, and communities, are healthier and more independent.
